Creative Brunch Series: Watercolor Florals with Yandi Jester!

We are thrilled to welcome MMS Visual Arts Educator & Watercolorist, Yandi Yester to The Creative Brunch Series!!!

About: Yandi graduated from the University of North Texas in 2012 with two BFA degrees in Visual Art Studies & Studio Arts with a concentration in watercolor. Since then, she has been teaching art to middle school students in Denton, TX where she has enjoyed seeing her students thrive in the visual arts over the past few years.

In our watercolor florals class you will learn: 

· basic watercolor techniques & color theory. 

· how to paint roses, peonies, ranunculus, & greenery using simple brush strokes. 

· how to combine florals to make beautiful arrangements. 

· be equipped to create your own florals time & time again with our floral handouts. 

I will also be sharing tips on supplies & some of my favorite brands.
